The management of SM Development maintains a combined experience of over 20 years in construction related activities. In house and partnership experience provides our commercial clients with design-build capabilities. Our work force experience has been responsible for construction of various premiere commercial establishment and residential houses in Guam USA and has been associated with multimillion dollar construction projects. SM Development is a minority and a certified woman owned business enterprise (WBE) for purposes of Federal and Government of Guam contracting.
